FG-70/2.DT.175 FINE STRAINER Fuel Guard Anti-Siphon Fuel Tank Inlet Security Lock is a professional fuel security solution developed to prevent fuel theft and unauthorized fuel siphoning from vehicle fuel tanks. Its specialized monoblock structure with an integrated strainer, installed at the fuel tank inlet, effectively prevents fuel siphoning via hoses.

Its high-quality aluminum body provides high resistance against impacts and external interventions. Thanks to specialized locking and mounting apparatus, it offers an unopenable security structure after installation. The engineering-focused strainer design does not interrupt fuel flow even during high-flow refueling and does not extend the filling time.

Fuel Guard product groups offer universal dimensions and vehicle-specific options for every brand and model of vehicle operating with diesel, gasoline, and fuel oil.

Installation Guide & Usage

STEP 1

1. Pre-Installation Preparation

IMPORTANT: Fuel Guard is a system integrated into the tank neck (filler neck) without altering the vehicle's original structure. Once installation is complete, the system takes on a "Non-Removable" security structure.

Safety: Pull the vehicle onto a flat surface and stop the engine. Strictly do not smoke or approach with open flame in the work area.

Required Equipment: 3 mm Allen key, Diesel-resistant liquid gasket or silicone, Fine-tipped screwdriver and light hammer, Cleaning cloth / Rag

Cleaning: Completely wipe dry any fuel residues and dust at the tank opening with a clean cloth.
